Bill
Kennedy Landscape was awarded the new landscape contact
for the Legends and will officially start on June 1, 2008. Before
they start, however, they are beginning the Legends
10-year landscaping facelift. Their first project, currently
underway, is a redo of the intersection at Memorial and Morningstar.
The fountain will be off during this remodeling phase and will
be turned back on sometime after school is out. Intersections
that have not yet been refurbished like those that were done
last year (i.e., Worley and Memorial, Alister and Morningstar)
will also be redone over the coming months.
Trail
Landscaping Update
The
landscape architect who did the original plans for the trail
two years ago has made contact with Atmos and is working on
getting a plan finalized with them regarding plants and placement
for the $125,000 improvement. The architect will meet with the
board at their June 16, 2008 board meeting to finalize plans
from the neighborhood’s perspective.

any utility lines, such as electrical, gas and cable, free of
charge.
