The Legends is a
multi-acre master-planned community located in the southeastern-most part of Denton County in The Colony, Texas.  

Legends Texas HOA, Inc. was created to conduct the affairs of the community as a corporation, overseeing the maintenance of all of the common areas, such as the pool, park and other landscaping. It is also responsible for the enforcement of compliance with the corporation's Covenants, Rules and By-Laws.
