This feature allows you to send a question or suggestion to specific groups that support the community. Select the right drop-down group for whom you would like to send the request to, fill out the free form box at the bottom of this page, and include an email address so the appropriate group can reply back.

The following are the groups and what topic you should address with each group:

Beautification Committee - Submit Yard of the Month Suggestions & any issues (such as missing plants or a broken sprinkler head) or suggestions you may have with regard to the HOA's landscaping.
Social Committee - questions about HOA social events and volunteering for events.
Management Company - Covenants questions, dues questions, homeowner issues, pool or pool guard issues, and replacement pool cards.
Board of Directors - general questions regarding the neighborhood, board meetings and the status of neighborhood projects.
Webmaster - questions about use or content on the HOA website.
Crime Watch - questions about crime activity in the neighborhood, volunteering for the committee or to be a block captain, and to report suspicious activity in addition to informing the police.

You should receive a reply within 2 business days.  If you have not received a reply within that time frame, please re-send your message.
