The Legends is a multi-acre master-planned community located in the southeastern-most part of Denton County in The Colony, Texas.

Legends Texas Homeowners Association, Inc. was created to conduct the affairs of the community as a corporation, overseeing the maintenance of all of the common areas, such as the pool, park and other landscaping. It is also responsible for the enforcement of compliance with the corporation's Covenants, Rules and By-Laws. 

The Legends are comprised of four subdivisions. Please see the maps below for more information about the four subdivisions.
