This feature allows you to send a question or suggestion to specific groups that support the community. Select the right drop-down group for whom you would like to send the request to, fill out the free form box at the bottom of this page, and include an email address so the appropriate group can reply back.
The following are the groups and what topic you should address with each group:
Beautification Committee - Submit yards for the Yard of the Month contest or the Halloween or Christmas yard decorating contests or suggestions you may have with regard to the HOA's landscaping.
Social Committee - questions about HOA social events and volunteering for events. (FYI, the Legends does not have a community garage sale.)
Management Company - Covenants (aka HOA rules) questions, dues questions, homeowner issues, pool or pool guard issues, requests for a copy of the financial statements of the HOA, and replacement pool cards (please allow 5 to 7 business days for pool card request processing). You can also contact the management company to report a home you feel is in violation of the covenants as well as any issues with the Common area landscaping or irrigation (such as missing plants or a broken sprinkler head).
Board of Directors - general questions regarding the neighborhood, board meetings and the status of neighborhood projects.
Webmaster - questions about use or content on the HOA website.
Crime Watch - questions about crime activity in the neighborhood, volunteering for the committee or to be a block captain, and to report suspicious activity in addition to informing the police.
