You MUST include your account number within your request to be approved.
If you can not find your account number you can request that information be sent to you via email by contacting the Management Company via the Request tab above. Please include your name and address when requesting your account number.
For directory purposes, please spell out the entire name of your street, for example, use Phoenix Drive, rather than Phoenix Dr.
You MUST be a homeowner of The Legends to receive a Login ID. You should have a response within 2 business days after your request.
Please note: Once your e-mail information is entered for your account approval, you will begin to receive regular updates from the HOA regarding events and neighborhood updates as well as other information the board believes is of interest to homeowners/residents of The Colony. If you do not wish to receive these updates, simply delete your e-mail address from your account once it is approved. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org
to your SPAM filter's safe list.
New Homeowners - the title companies sometimes take up to two months to get your transfer documents to the management company. This has to be done in order for you to be assigned an account number and use of the pool. If the former homeowner did not leave you their pool access card, you will need to request one of the management company. You will receive a welcome packet, delivered by a board member, to your front door once the account has been set up.
